Most inks are designed to print on white substrates so in order to keep the dark shirt color from showing through the ink we lay a white underbase which we then flash (semi cure) & then lay our colors on top of the underbase. This technique insures that our colors look pure & true. This process is usually slower to produce and will require an extra setup for the underbase. |
